Conclusion: everyone hates weather. I voted for Rain even though I don't use it too often myself, just because I personally feel it has the most broken typing and abusers. Thanks for participating and be sure to check out the new poll!

Either way weather wars is shit and there should at least be a separate tier for clear skies. I mean, there is, but no one plays it because it's PO not smogon.
Even though I prefer Clear Skies, I voted for Rain because I think it has the most potential and has enough Pokemon that can make use of it, even without Swift Swim.
Best is kind of vague. If it means favorite, I would have chosen clear skies because like most people, I feel like the weather centralized metagame has become stale. However, I voted based off of what I think works best, and I voted for sand.
Sand fairs extremely well against other forms of weather. From my experience, it almost always comes out on top in weather wars. Then, once Sand is set up for good, it's not too hard to take out the few checks/counters to Excadrill/Landorus and sweep their team.
