Site Patch 1

- Links to external sites now open in new tabs

- Tab images have been moved to Picasa (should help for networks that block Photobucket)

- Pictures now link to the posts they're in
- Metatags have been added
- Blue background now appears in mobile mode

And of course the image tabs themselves, but I added those a while back.
